LegalVerse does not currently conduct behavioural advertising, targeted advertising or user profiling on the website.

6. DPDPA Readiness Checker

LegalVerse may make interactive tools available, including the DPDPA Readiness Checker. The Readiness Checker is designed primarily as a self-assessment resource. Responses entered into the checker are processed within the tool to calculate a readiness score.

• Where the tool generates a shareable link, the selections may be represented within that link. Users should therefore exercise care before sharing such links with others.

• LegalVerse does not intend the Readiness Checker to collect confidential information, personal data about identifiable individuals, or information relating to actual incidents or individuals within an organisation. The tool is educational and indicative in nature and should not be treated as legal advice or as a formal compliance audit.

Where an individual submits an article, essay, comment, biography or other material to LegalVerse, we may process the information provided for purposes such as:

• reviewing and editing the submission;
